These terms apply to MakeItSoundPro, operated by Nicolas Gerig, Eichwisstrasse 30, 8634 Hombrechtikon, Switzerland. By using the service you accept them.

The service

MakeItSoundPro masters audio files automatically. Sign in to receive three free credits once per account. Starting a master reserves one credit and includes all three versions and their downloads. Failed processing returns the credit automatically. Free mastering is subject to availability and abuse limits.

Your music

Only upload songs you have the rights to. You keep all rights to your music; you allow us to process and store it only to provide the service to you, and we delete it as described in our privacy policy.

Credits and payments

Credits are personal and can’t be exchanged for money. Pro renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account, and the current month stays active. If a master you downloaded disappoints you, write to hello@makeitsoundpro.com within 14 days and we refund the credit.

Invites

Every account has an invite link. A new account created through it gets extra free credits, and when that account finishes its first master, the inviter gets free credits, for a limited number of friends. Rewards are for real people only: accounts created to collect them don’t count, and we may withhold or remove credits gained that way. We may change or end the invite offer at any time; credits already earned stay.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the service, for example by automating uploads or creating several accounts for free credits.

Liability

We do our best to make masters sound great, but we can’t guarantee a particular result. Keep your own copies of your songs. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland.
