Your songs

We store the songs you upload and the masters we make from them in private storage. Only you can listen to or download them. We never share them, never publish them and never use them to train any software. The uploaded file is deleted as soon as it is mastered. The master and a short-quality preview of your original are deleted after 30 days, or after 24 hours if you don’t have an account.

Your account

When you create an account we store your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, together with your credits and plan. We keep this until you ask us to delete your account.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details; Stripe tells us which product you bought. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies and limits

We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in, one lets you reclaim previews created before sign-in was required. To prevent abuse we count requests under your account and a salted hash of your network address, never the address itself. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Usage statistics

To see how the site is used and how fast it loads, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They work without cookies and without identifying you: they count page views (without private links), the referring site, country, device type and anonymous events such as “a master was downloaded”, and they measure loading times. They never receive your songs, song titles or email address.

Some of them are based in the United States; data transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we store about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@makeitsoundpro.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
